We continue our series about the SS17 trend. Today, we’ll talk about the deconstructed shirt trend. That’s a very interesting one, because that’s totally work-appropriate, and yet you put a trendy twist to the classic white button-down shirt. Love it!
The trend was seen on several runway shows, ranging from Alexander Wang to Mulberry.

Now, let’s see where we can shop pieces to rock the trend 🙂
Since it’s getting pretty cold right now, I thought it was time to see where we can shop some pieces that could keep us warm. What do we want? Faux fur. Velvet. Striking jackets or capes. Statement jewels. That’s the Russian Baroque trend, ladies!
Today was a typical autumn day: grey, dull, and rainy! And yes, I know it’s the 4th of September. What do we do on a rainy day? We watch movies! (Well I, personally, eat cookies or something and I watch movies). Today, I’m going to share with you the movies and TV shows that had a (significant) impact on my style. Let’s have a look!
Second installment of the SS15 trends, and I thought it would be great to write about the fringes trend… Just in time for Coachella 😉
During the fashion weeks, fringes were found on the Céline’s and Proenza Schouler’s runway, here I will show you pieces that you can probably find more easily (and, if you’re like me, that you can afford!); namely pieces from IKKS, Essentiel Antwerp (yes, yet again), Diane Von Furstenberg, and March23. Fringes will be found on jackets, bags, and even shoes!
First, a nice jacket in loose velvet leather from IKKS. You can also find this jacket in black, but I think it looks great in camel.
So, you know I want to review the SS15 collection of Mer du Nord, the last part of the series! Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for the complete lookbook of the brand. So, while we’re waiting I will write about the trends we will enjoy this summer.
As I’m sure you know (and if you don’t, I’m super glad to let you know), the seventies are making a comeback. In a Weekend(more specifically, the First Black Weekend of the year – Weekend is a Belgian lifestyle magazine), 10 trends were identified for the Spring Summer 2015, ranging from Flower Power to Fringes.
