I live by that motto. A typical Sunday for me looks like this: I wake up late. I go to the gym (yes, I am that courageous). I have lunch. And in the afternoon: I. Do. Nothing.
When I was a kid, I used to hate Sundays because it meant that the next day I had to go to school. So basically, I enjoyed only half of my weekend which is kind of sad when you think of it. Now I have learned to like love Sundays. I don’t know what or when it changed, maybe it’s when I started working. When you’re still studying, you can’t really spend your whole day doing nothing without feeling guilty (or was it only me?). Now, that problem has gone away… most of the time. First of all, happy holidays 🙂 I hope you’ll spend this time surrounded by friends and family ❤
So, work has been crazy for the past weeks (months?) and I have been really (like, reeeaaallllyyyyyyy) looking forward to having this week off. So much so that I have been planning what to do during this holy moment for some days now. As much as work is my priority, I believe it is extremely important to take some time for yourself from time to time. And that’s what I’m gonna do this week 🙂 Here are some ideas on how to reward yourself this week (or anytime for that matter, because you should!):
How are you? With this post, I’ll start the series about the SS17 trends. Knack Weekend spotted several trends for the season, and I’ll pick up a few pieces you can shop to rock those trends. As you can see in the title, we’ll start with slogan tees trend, which I like a lot!
How are you doing? Are you enjoying Spring? I know I am 🙂
I was wondering, have you seen La La Land? I saw it in February, and I remember that when I got out of the theater I was all giddy. I wanted to dance, and I wanted to sing, and I wanted summer, … and I wanted to wear some colorful, flowy dresses. Just like Mia. I also want Ryan Gosling, but I think the “wearing colorful, flowy dresses” part will be easier.
I truly believe that an outfit can change your mood (Ryan Gosling could do that too). When I wear black, I mean business. When I wear fun prints, I feel quirky. When I wear colors, I feel happy. When I wear dresses I feel feminine. If we follow that logic, if I wear colorful dresses, I’ll feel happily feminine, right? Sounds awesome! Who wouldn’t want to feel that way?
