How To Look Fabulous For NYE?

Hey people,

How are you doing?  I hope you had a great Christmas with your family and friends.  And I sure hope you received great gifts 🙂

Now that Christmas is over, it’s time to prepare for the next bit event: New Year’s Eve.  In this post, I will give you ideas for the big night.  I have two words for you: Black and Gold ❤

I think that NYE is probably the only time of the year where you can wear as much glitter/sequin as you want without committing a fashion faux pas .  The only time where you can be covered in sequins from head to toe and nobody can tell you anything about it.  The only event you can rock as much lamé as you can without being judged.  So, do it!  And enjoy 🙂  And if you do not like shiny things, you also have other options.

Here are my suggestions to look great for the last night of the year.

Firstly, you can pair miniskirt in gold sequins with a sleek black top.  Or a skirt in tulle ( ❤ ❤ ❤ ) with a gold or black top.  Add a great pair of stilettos.

You can also wear a dress.  A dress in lamé if you’re feeling bold (or in the disco mood :p), or a LBD in lace for a less daring (but stilly sexy) look.

Last possible look, if you want to be more comfy and/or if you don’t want to wear a dress or a skirt, you can opt for tight leather pants with an ultra feminine (gold) top.  I just love the pair black and gold, and I feel that NYE is the perfect occasion for that color combination 🙂

I recommend high heels with every outfit, but I realize that it could get a bit painful by the end of the night.  Be prepared and bring a pair of flats with you.  Better safe than sorry 😉

If you lack inspiration for your outfit this year, I hope you’ve found ideas you like in this post.  Now all I have to do is wish you a great NYE, a happy new year, and until then, a fabulous end of 2015 🙂
